Perry Iverson
Perry is Co-Founder and CEO of CIH Trading. He began his career originating, merchandising, and marketing cash grain in Illinois. He has more than 30 years of experience in agricultural risk management, including with the Chicago Board of Trade, where he taught agriculture producers and buyers around the world about hedging. Perry holds a B.S. in agricultural business from Illinois State University and a Series 3 (National Commodities Futures Examination) License.

Patrick Gregory
As President of CIH Trading, Pat is responsible for overseeing all company operations, including the finance, compliance and trading functions. Pat received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in finance from Indiana University. He also holds a Series 3 (National Commodities Futures Examination) License.
Pat is a former member of the board of Make-a-Wish® Illinois and is obsessed with golf.

David Ward
David is vice president and head of the client services team for CIH Trading. He has been with the firm since its inception.
David holds a B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa and a Series 3 (National Commodities Futures Examination) License. He is an active member of his community and church; He is a former church council president and currently serves as a confirmation youth mentor, Sunday school teacher and Cub Scout den leader.
